We manage business processes of various Australian companies by providing a wide range of service using our process expertise and information technology.

Responsibilities:
* As a website graphic designer, your primary responsibility will be to create graphics for websites, including logos, banners, advertisements, preparation of customer’s digital photos and flash presentations. In some instances the work will also entail the creation of print documents, pdf documents and marketing communication graphics.
* The secondary role of your position is to undertake a wide variety web design related activities as instructed, including inbound link building for search engine optimisation, web research, document creation, using content management systems to upload text and graphics to websites, database entries, updating menus and using video editing software. In rare instances you may be required to respond to customer enquiries directly.
* We are looking for a flexible and capable person who is willing to do what it takes to get the job done. You should also possess a high level of attention to presentation and detail.

Requirements:
* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree or Post Graduate Diploma / Master's Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology, Art/Design/Creative Multimedia or equivalent.
* Required skill(s): Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe CS suite.
* Preferred skill(s): SEO, HTML, Flash.
* Required language(s): English.
* At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* High level ability to create web graphics of all kinds.
* High ability in creating stunning flash banners and advertisements
* Proven experience with Graphic Design for the web (2 to 3 years + Experience). Please send examples of your work.
* Excellent grasp of graphic design principles including visual hierarchy, typography, space and color. A good knowledge of the difference between graphics for web and print, including image compression, image size and colour space differences.
* The selected candidate will be flexible and willing to learn new software and perform a large variety of tasks as instructed.
* A high level of proficiency in the use of computers and a strong interest in maintaining these skills.
