Finance Body Asks LFC To Source Funds For Demolition Operations

WITH the continuing efforts of the government to demolish illegal stalls and structures in the city, the City Council committee on finance chaired by Councilor Simeon Licayan requested the Local Finance Committee to source out the amount of P500,000 for the operations of the City Demolition Team.

At the meeting yesterday, the OIC police chief P/Supt. Isagani Genabe said that aside from administrative expenses, the amount will also cover for inspection, surveillance, meetings and other incidental expenses. (LCR)
