More Infra Projects Under Consideration

THE implementation of two infrastructure projects is under consideration in the City Council committee on public works chaired by Councilor Emmanuel Abejuela.

These include the construction of a pathway at Western Kolambog, Lapasan in the amount of P170,000.Earlier, the committee requested the City Engineering Department to submit the original plan of the pathway, which will connect the national highway to JR Borja extension.Meanwhile, the barangay council of Macabalan requested the committee to facilitate the declogging of the main drainage in the barangay.According to the barangay officials, flooding has been occurring in the area during heavy downpour which poses threat to the properties and lives of the residents.They said desilting and declogging of the drainage is necessary to address the problem.
