VYE Says Genabe Must Be Given A Chance, Time To Prove Himself

VICE Mayor Vicente Emano said Acting Police Director Isagani Genabe should be given enough time before his performance is judged.

The vice mayor believes the call of a city official to have P/SSupt Genabe replaced just because of his personal experiences is premature and unfair. "Dili bug-at nga basihan alang sa usa ka opisyal sa dakbayan sa pagpanawagan nga hulipan ang bag-ong hepe sa kapolisan tungod lamang kay nabiktima sa pagpanglabni ang iyang kapikas," the vice mayor said. He said during the time of former OIC director Antonio Montalba, the cellphone of his grandson was snatched but he did not call for the replacement of Montalba."Atong tagaan sa higayon ang maong hepe. Bag-o pa siya sa iyang katungdanan. Ang buhaton, pangitaon kon kinsa ang nanglabni ug taralon sa hukmanan," he added. (LCR)
