dli kaau completo... pro naa mga substitute n ilang version nga ingredients.
sa spanish store rka mka palit ug pork belly k dli man daw nâ healthy ang tambok/skin sa karne. dli pko kabalo magpa kaging sa liempo. not perfect pa akng liempo. ang sukâ pud nla bayot kaau mura'g diluted. ilang talong mura'g avocado kadako, wlai tanglad, sa pinoy store dried (brown) ilang version chopped pa jud. basta dli jua pareha ang lami kng mag luto ka. wlai tender juicy hotdog gani hehehe... imagine 3 ka noodles ₱48. tag ₱92 ang chippy.

nag himu ko akng kwek-kwek...wla lng koi fud coloring pro ni yelow cya gmay tungod sa paprika powder n ginisa flavr mix.


ako lng gi quarters ang itlog k pra mo daghan hehehehhe... il try quail eggs nxt tym.

hahahahaha! nalingaw ko sa imong trip pre. paila lang jud ba.. grabe jud sinulay nimo para sa kwek kwek. pero naa pa kay nalimtan. nalimtan nimo ang sauce sa kwek kwek, murag sama ra sa fishball bitaw. ayaw lang ko pangutana unsaon kay dili cooking ako expertise hehehehe! good luck sa imo kwek kwek. daghan man sad siguro tips sa internet nagkalat lang.

Basin isa siguro ni sa imo reference o..

Para sa mga gustong kumain ng kwek kwek / tuknene / orange egg pero natatakot bumili sa labas baka kasi di malinis ang pagkagawa, why not cook it at your home :)

Ingredients:

Quail Eggs or Hard Boiled Eggs
Flour
Baking Powder (Calumet)
Banana Catsup
Water
Ground pepper
Cooking Oil

How to Cook:

Mixed in a bowl the following: Flour, 1 tbsp. baking powder (para maging malutong yung orange coating), ground pepper black (konti lang), Banana Catsup (for coloring, para maging orange yung mixture) and water. Mixed well hanggang maging malapot yung mixture.

Before frying, roll the quail egg to flour then put on the orange coating mixture then deep fry.

For the sawsawan: Mixture of vinegar, sugar, onions cut into small pcs, and siling labuyo.

That's it! ;D

awww naa pa d i nâ sawsawan? pastilan...! so pares jud d i nâ cla.

thanx sa recipe il try dat... sa gani nang labuyo? cge ra ngutana rko sko langga dri.

basta gani wla lingaw n naa ra dha ang mga ingredients / materials testingan dayn ug himô pra makat-on. dri ra bya ko nkabalo ug luto sa dnuguan, pancit canton, bbinka, biko n other pnoy fuds. xpert ko sauna ug noodles n hard boiled egg hehe..

kung naa mo idea any noyp nga pagkaon e post pra ma try nko. mag testing ko halo-halo, xyettt... gi mingaw nko sa halo-halo sa chowking dâ.

it's one of my favorite after meal sweets, MANGO FLOAT.
but the thing is we don't have the sweet Philippine mango here... darn it!
so i've substituted peach for the mango... wasn't that good but it's OK!
