What a coincedence, on April 1 2008 I boarded a plane in New York USA and headed for CDO Lumbia airport for my first visit to CDO and Iligan City ! If you go by the calandar, it was actually April 3rd that I finally touched down at Lumbia. I think I was awake for 48 hours straight. That was the longest flight I have ever taken although it was broken down into 4 parts. CDO Lumbia reminded me of a local airport not far from me the way it was many years ago. I also passed by the construction site for the new airport there. Maybe someday I can get a direct non-stop flight ! That will certainly be something to look forward to ! Most recently I have learned of plans for Railroad service from CDO to Iligan including a stop at the new International Airport now under construction between CDO and Iligan.

That was a long trip jollibeefan. I'm glad you did enjoyed your trip here in the country. And by the way, I posted a new topic about the railroad service. Thanks for mentioning that one.
