I'm sorry to announce that for the meantime, I am turning the shoutbox off. There is an issue with the shoutbox scripts that is causing a problem with the server load. I am currently looking into the issue and hopefully I can find a fix for the issue.

Please use the Chat Thread until I found a fix for the shoutbox.
