I saw many active Kagay-anons in the net but didn't find a forum dedicated for CDO. This forum aims to provide that place for CDO.

I envisioned that someday, we could have something as active as istorya.net, for Cebu community, and davaosale.com, for Davao. With the Kagay-anons, I know this could come into reality...
