THE City Council during its regular session yesterday presided over by Councilor Dante Pajo unanimously passed a resolution congratulating the Archdiocese of Cagayan de Oro under Archbishop Antonio Ledesma for celebrating its Diamond Jubilee as a Diocese this year.
