The main problem with IT in CDO is that you aren't appreciated very much for the work that you do. But considering that anyone can be in IT nowadays (re Call Centers), the job salary is basically low. It used to be that skills and experience were priority, but finding people like that is pretty hard, and those who are pretty skilled and experienced are also sometimes underemployed.

Considering the choice between work with a low salary, and no work at all, most people go for being underemployed.

But you shouldn't give up looking for the jobs that pay more, because there are available jobs like that. Maybe not in CDO, but try looking for opportunities there and elsewhere.

Yes, I agree sad. Bahala na 12K ra basta duol ra. Mabaklay ra ang mga laagan. Kung compare nato sa Cebu og Manila na dagko og salary pero dako sab kaau og gasto sa balay, pliti or uban pa. Unsaon na lang paglaag laag og panlaki ana.

Sure. I was just thinking sa uban company they don't want to disclose the salary they're giving to their employees. But yeah, you're free to do so.
