If anna na issue: ang best practices anna kay make a separate copy ko css file name it with html.css para dili ma confuse and inside it declare the tag html ang point the source background.

example:

------------------
style.css

img_background {background-image: url(/pathname/imagefile;}


html.css

html {background-image: url(/pathname/imagefile;}

other global style here

I think that works. The problem sometimes is if you don't have the ability to create new CSS files.

There's tons of sites out there dealing with HTML/CSS etc. It's really just filtering out the ones you're most likely to learn from that matters, though. Sorting through content in this sociall-enabled online world is sometimes tiring, though it usually more than speeds up the delivery of content because of it.
